DNA LABS CRIS​

Participating in the One-Day National Hands-on Training Workshop on Water Quality Analysis at CRIS DNA Labs, in collaboration with UCOST, was an enriching learning experience. The workshop provided practical exposure to water quality assessment, laboratory practices, and their applications in environmental monitoring and public health. The hands-on training strengthened my practical knowledge and encouraged me to explore biotechnology and environmental research further.

My practical training at CRIS DNA Labs provided me with valuable exposure to clinical laboratory science, pathology, clinical biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. Hands-on experience in sample collection, CBC analysis, ELISA, DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR, sequence alignment, and phylogenetic analysis helped me connect theoretical knowledge with real-world laboratory applications. The experience also strengthened my understanding of molecular genetics and gave me greater clarity about my future research interests.
